BEEFY JALAPENO CORN BREAD
JALAPENO CORNBREAD INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pop
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 lg. onion, slashed
2 to 4 Jalapeno peppers, cleaved fine
1 drug. chime pepper, slashed fine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Sharp cheddar
JALAPENO CORNBREAD INSTRUCTIONS
As a matter of first importance join corn feast, flour, milk, eggs, salt, pop, corn and Jalapeno peppers in a bowl; blend and put away. Saute; ground hamburger, onion and ringer pepper until softly seared; channel great and put away. Completely oil a 10 1/2 inch iron skillet, pour half of corn dinner hitter into skillet. Sprinkle equally with meat blend and afterward cheddar. Pour remaining hitter up and over. Heat at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Appreciate it !
